For more than 40 years, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has worked to improve the health and health care of all Americans. As the nation's largest philanthropy devoted solely to the public's health, RWJF has a unique capacity and responsibility to address the most pressing health and health care issues facing American society.
The key aspects of designing this site was the President's Message, an editorial with images and text that had to be presented in an interesting manner to potential donors, and the financials of the foundation that indicate various positive trends in US society such as: Increase in municipalities with smoke-free clean indoor air laws; the reduction in homicide, the increase in health insurance holders etc. This year the focus was on reduction of obesity in children.
Ishan was also responsible for the design of all the info-graphics — charts and graphs on the site. The site is like an online Annual Report.
This website was designed while Ishan Khosla was working at Decker Design, New York.
